Prep time: 25 minutes
1 package (12 oz.) of frozen spinach
1 tbsp. of butter
2 cubes of chicken bouillon
4 cups of water
2 tbsp. Huautli amaranth
Add 1 cup of water to your blender, then add all the contents of the frozen spinach package, followed by the remaining 3 cups of water.
Blend everything until the content is liquefied.
Add a tablespoon of butter to a cooking pot and turn it on to medium heat.
Add the contents from the blender to the pot.
Add the chicken bouillon cubes, salt and pepper to your taste.
Cook on high heat and stir occasionally for fifteen minutes or until content boils.
Serve and add tablespoon of Huautli amaranth as topping.
