Strawberry amaranth vegan smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes


  • 5 medium ice cubes

  • 2 cups of water

  • 5 strawberries

  • 2 tablespoons of Huautli Classic Mexican Puffed amaranth


  1. Wash and disinfect the strawberries.

  2. Cut out the green leaves, then cut the strawberries in halves.

  3. Fill blender with water and ice cubes.

  4. Add strawberries and Huautli Classic Mexican Puffed amaranth.

  5. Blend, serve and enjoy.
